When I change modes there is no notification on my phone
Until recently whenever I changed the mode section on my ring app my phone notified me of the change . This has now stopped working. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. I have checked notification sounds are on in android. My wifes phone still norifies her when the mode has been changed and I have checked our settings on each phone is the same . The problem is also happening on my samsung tablet Any help would be appreciated Regards Bill

Same thing happening on mine. I have no alert settings on the app under settings. Modes and Automations Short cuts Users and Pets Neighbor settings Checked them all, what am I doing wrong ? No alert settings on app,on android phone there is no setting for modes under alerts ? Every available alert is toggled on ? Please advise Worked yesterday

In addition to ensuring the Ring app is updated, please also verify that you are on the correct location. If you're on a shared location, or the "All Cameras" option, you will not see the alert settings. UIt appears ring still hasn't given an accurate resolution of the problem that we are no longer getting notifications of mode changes made in the system. Like many others I have checked for all the things indicated from ring and none of it works. I frankly don't have time to get on the phone with someone at ring that can't simply figure out what's going on and instruct us all correctly. Very disappointed it can be very important to know if I shared user has changed a mode or not!

I'm seeing the same here. I too have uninstalled and reinstalled the app. The entry "Settings > Alert Settings > Alarm > Push >" does not exist in my app. I have only one location set up in my App.

Hi @user_f30b98. First, ensure that your Ring app is fully updated. Once you've done that, navigate to Settings > Alert Settings > Alarm > Push > and check that Mode Updates are toggled on.
