Warranty replacement question
I how did defective camera called in the order a replacement I was supposed to get an email with return instructions for my damage product and never received it. It took over three weeks to get the camera I received no tracking number or anything. I just happen to look outside this morning on my front door and there is a package opened it and my replacement camera was there thank goodness someone stole it because I don’t use my front door regularly, but I just got an email saying I need to return my old product but I don’t have any instructions for it because I never received the email. What exactly do I need to send back for a stick up cam third GEN? Do I put the battery in with it or not ship the battery? That’s my question.

Hi @user_612bfa. You should have received an email with the instructions on how to return your device. Try checking your junk/spam email folders as well as searching for "Ring". You can use the same packaging that your replacement device was sent in and a prepaid label. That was a voice to text. I tried to edit it, but it wouldn’t let me so I apologize for the gibberish. Basically I just need to know if I need to send the battery back with the camera or if I can be sent the instructions on a return as I never received that email.
