Unable To Use Phone App Because It Says I'm Not Connected To Internet
troubleshooting
1. The home base Ring works fine. 2. The Phone App used to work fine until yesterday. 3. It says my phone isn't connected to the internet. 4. However, my phone is connected to the internet, and I don't have any issues using it. 5. I deleted the Ring app and then reinstalled it. 6. I even tried resetting my internet service to 2G instead of 5G but the issue persists. What should I do? Samsung Galaxy A15

Hi @user_a8f14c. Do you have a VPN installed on your phone? The Ring app isn't compatible with the use of a VPN, so that could cause issues like this. I'd also recommend making sure the Ring app is fully updated to the latest version available.
