But it's the truth most of the time. There are many things that can effect a ring device. Internet provider, modem, router, placement of router and device, interference from other devices, a crowed wifi channel, where you live, housing type example Brick walls or stone, etc. Then it could be your make, model, OS, other apps on phone that can cause issues, some manufacturers cause issues with there own settings on Android. Same thing for a PC and Apple devices. So, it's not easy to fix issues all the time. Nothing is plug and play all the time.
