Support
I just have to put this out there. Ring cameras tend to work well. When I bought mine a couple of years ago, they had fabulous support. Now that support is TOTALLY NONEXISTENT. Why? Let me guess. Money. You make more money for your stockholders by totally cutting support? Makes me ill.

MHaving what seems to be a current situation with my flood light during the day. Picture is pink. I have tried everything I have read from previous customers with the exact issue. What next, I don't think something that cost so much money should fail after less than a year or so of use.

Attached is a screenshot I took a while ago to talk to, anyone, about a keypad that no longer makes sound. I am now at 1 hour and 24 minutes, still on hold. Haven't spoken to a single human. Tried emailing, got a message saying email is not monitored. Tried chatting, RMA can't be done over chat.
