Storage Length

Question

I get that the Protect Plan will keep my devices videos for up to 60 days - but what I don't see anywhere is how long a video is kept without one of the plans. Are they gone immediately? Thanks for clarifying this please.

Hi @Earllee. Without a Ring Protect plan, any events recorded by your Ring will not be saved in the Ring App for any amount of time. A plan is required in order to view previously recorded events.
