Question

Ring app was acting weird and not letting me snooze my ring alerts. Tried signing out and back in to fix it and it just won't let me sign back in. I'm inputting my correct email and password, sends a verification code to my phone and just won't authorize me to sign in. My phone is updated as well.

Hi @user_1ce9a0. You should be able to log into the Ring app if you're using the correct email address and password. If you have a VPN on your phone, make sure this is toggled off, as the Ring app is not compatible with the use of a VPN.
