Shared User without shared phone

I have set up a ring doorbell camera and another ring camera to view my back yard. I have registered my wife as a shared user, and that works fine for the app. However, when she tries to access the cameras on ring.com from her PC, it asks her to login. She has our account username and password, but ring sends a two step verification to my phone (not hers). Is there any way to allow us to be able to do the verification on different phones? Or is there a batter way to share our account?

Hi @user_ee8e5b. No, you cannot have the two-step verification code sent to a different phone number. Ring accounts aren't technically designed to be shared. If you added your wife as a Shared User, she should be logging into her own Ring account on Ring.com, which has her own phone number associated with it.
