Ring Smoke Detector available in UK?

Hi, I would like to add a Ring Smoke Detector to my Ring set up at home, but my research tells me that the Ring Smoke Detector is only for sale in the US and not the UK. Does anyone know why ? Also, if I do purchase one from the US, will it work in the UK ?

Hi @152bobby. This is correct. This is due to the difference in Z-Wave frequencies that these devices use. Because of this, US devices will not work in the UK.
