Ring is not helping us it just wants money

You have to pay to see the pass Video or Motion Like tf and ring said the trying to stop the criminal in Neighborhood !!!

      I was hit with that too, bought the cameras a year ago but didn’t see this coming about having to have plans to keep the recordings.... sux. Should have bought Arlo instead. Too late to return!!!!

      At $9.99/month for each camera, Arlo costs at least three times more than Ring. Other than the cloud storage, I hope Ring's other remote smart app features still work without the monthly charges.
