Ring doorbell 2not detecting movement
I know for a fact 2 people have been at my house today. When I look at my ring they don’t show up AT ALL. There is a clear view of my driveway and no one pulls in. I literally had one of them FaceTime from my driveway, but they never show up on Ring.

Hi @Chasity2891. I would first verify that your Ring Video Doorbell is online. You can do that by pulling up a Live View or pressing the button to ring it. If it pulls up a Live View, you may just need to adjust your [Motion Frequency](https://community.ring.com/t5/Ring-Device-Tips-and-How-To-s/How-to-Set-Your-Motion-Frequency/ba-p/22918). This will ensure your Doorbell never misses anything. If it doesn't pull up at all, you may need to [reconnect](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Ring-Device-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network) it to wifi. I hope this helps!
