Ring Alarm System Does Not Connect to Wifi

Hi, Just got a Ring Alarm System and during the setup, it would not detect my Wifi; manually entering in my wifi also did not work. I already tried restarting my wifi but still never connects/sees wifi. I have plugged it into my ethernet for now. Anyone have this issue and found a solution?

Hi @pizzapizza. Is your WiFi a 2.4GHz or 5GHz network, or does it automatically switch between the 2? Can you try connecting to a WiFi hotspot to see if you can connect to that? If not, what specific error are you seeing? Can you share a screenshot to clarify?
