replacement item....

i have been waiting on a replacement cable for my camera since 26th of december 2024, i have contacted support who have rearranged my order 3 times in the past few months and i am still yet to recieve the replacement cable. has anybody else experienced such poor customer service. i am honestly on the verge of cancelling my whole ring account and selling my cameras and moving to another company, 4 months..... i think is a ridiculous amount of time to have to wait for a cable.
