Removing Location - Fails Constantly
I have two locations, old location needs to be deleted. Can't delete it. Still shows a Ring base station assigned to it. Tried to remove base station from account, no option(s) to do that. Keep getting an error telling me that there's a system delay and to try again later. Spent 1+ hours on phone with tech support. Only solution was to uninstall/reinstall app. Went to link: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005206326-Managing-Locations-on-Your-Ring-Alarm I have tried to do this. Problem is my plan which is Protect Plus expires 7/24/2021. I do not want/need this plan anymore, and even though it will expire in a couple weeks, I want to remove the unused/unmonitored location from my account immediately. There's no option to change the plan to expire immediately. Ring tech support: You have to be able to use some sort of super-user access to get into the account and remove it. I'm not asking for miracles, just access to remove a location I don't live at anymore where there's no equipment, where there's no monitoring. That's all. And, again, I have followed this link: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115005206326-Managing-Locations-on-Your-Ring-Alarm and the only issue I can see is that my plan which expires 7/24 is holding up the issue.

I am having the same issue! Removed/reassigned all devices. Still says all devices need to be removed before the location can be deleted. Spoke with support and still having the same problem. If you have an Amazon acct with devices, make sure they are also removed/reassigned. Ring support DID look into my old location and deleted some devices manually. Still cannot delete my old location. I tried unlinking my Ring and Amazon acct as well. Please let me know if anyone can help of i find the answer ill be sure to help out as well as this is very frustrating!
