Hey @LorettaY. Once you have added your daughter as a shared user, she will need to sign up for a Ring account. If she has a Ring account already, she should be able to log in, and then change the location in the app to the now Shared location you have given her access to. Once she has logged in/signed up for her Ring account and see's the location, ensure she is always on this location in the App to see the devices - she should not need to set up the devices herself with the QR code. In the event she has signed up or logged into her account and cannot see the location, have her go into the Main Menu and tap on the location name there at the top left and swap over to one that should read as your Location's name and "(Shared)." If this shared location is still nowhere to be found, please give our support team a call at one of the numbers available [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/213608406). We're taking additional steps to protect our team and help reduce the spread of COVID-19. This has resulted in longer than normal wait times. If you are outside of the US, please read our response to COVID-19 [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360041597471) to see how to contact support.
