Purchased a new product and received a refurbished product

I was very disappointed to receive a refurbished product when I paid for a new product. I raised my concern with Customer service that Ring is selling refurbished goods advertised as new and they were not interested. I was asked if the refurbished device worked and that was ok? I will try and source these products somewhere else in future.
