Province of Quebec is not available for shipment

When I try to buy something from Canada Quebec icant because of the Quebec province is unavailable. Even with my paypal it doesnt work ??

    Hi @user72689. As of right now, Ring does not ship to Quebec. You will not be able to place an order on Ring.com if you are in Quebec.
