Paid for subscription, doesn't show up on account
I paid for 2 carmeras for a year at 30 euros each. Submitted my cards details after I choose both cameras, it went through and at the top of the page it said "Subscription updated in blue" but it still said on my account no plans and underneath each camera "subsribe to a plan". It is recording video again on my phone but so the payment must have gone through but it isn't showing up on the website? I clicked on the payment button a few so i'm worried it might have charged my card more times than nesscary. Has anybody encountered this problem before and a quick question there was no custumer support option when i logged in, i had to log out to find support. Not a great system it seems
