Ownership of a NEW Ring device - Your support is awful!
This is the "feedback" that I get from you, after waiting for a week in getting ownership details changed after buying a brand new Door view cam (which was wrapped with plastic) and receipt details provided (from Kjell.com and not prisjakt ) !!! After speaking with the appropriate parties regarding the matter, I have an update for you. Due to the fact that [www.prisjakt.nu](http://www.prisjakt.nu/) is not an authorized Ring dealer, we recommend returning to device to the original retailer to correct this. If you are not able to do so, we would be unable to clear the original ownership from the device and I apologize about this. However, we can provide a discount toward the purchase of a future Ring product from our website at Ring.com.
