Notifications from indoor cams
Hi, can someone help please, my little brain is fried. I'm a longterm user of the outdoor ring products. All good. Recently we bought a camera for indoors. I have geofencing turned on so ring knows when I'm at home or not. What I don't get is when I'm home and the ring alarm is disarmed, why do I get notifications from the indoor camera every time someone comes into view ? Its driving us nuts. I can see that you can snooze a camera when you get home but that is pretty useless. I'm getting very close to unplugging it for good. Recap: When I'm away from home, indoor cam sends alerts if there is movement When I'm home, notifications should be off Surely that is how it works and I'm just missing something ? Thanks all, Andrew.

Hi @Andrew_Br. You can't adjust the notification settings specifically for each mode, but you can control if your Indoor Cam is detecting motion or not based on which mode it's in. For example, you can set it so that your Indoor Cam doesn't detect or record motion when it is in the Disarmed mode, that way you do not get alerts or recordings of yourself at home. You can read more about the Modes settings in our Help Center Article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360036107792-Control-All-your-Ring-Devices-with-Modes). I hope this helps clear things up. :)
