No sound on my recordings

As the title says, there’s no sound on my recordings. The microphone works on my end but no sound from the other. I’ve rebooted the device, changed a bunch of different settings, even changed my plan subscription, to no avail. When I first had it installed, it worked just fine for a bit but now nothing I do can get it to work.

Hi @user_eefc06. Are you watching video playback on the Ring app, or through Ring.com on a computer? In either case, the volume on your device needs to be turned up. If your phone is on silent mode, or the volume is turned down, you won't hear audio on the video playback.
