No Receipt for purchase

I'm amazed that a receipt isn't sent out as a matter of course for purchase and renewals!Clearly others have had issues in trying to confirm a purchase as all bone fide businesses would, yet Ring does not do so!!!Please change your policy so at least customers can legally prove a purchase has been made when doing our own accounts. Such a feature should readily be available in the App.All other companies manage this perfectly well, but not Ring!!!An unbelievable flaw in what is supposed to be a professional company!!!
