No internet connection

Question

I can view the camera on my dashboard but can’t do live view. Says no internet connection but I can use google or anything else on my phone.

Hi @Repomike! This usually means you Ring device is offline. Try reconnecting, or performing a setup in the Ring app to ensure the device is online. Please also ensure your Ring app is up to date. Feel free to remove and reinstalling the Ring app, to see if this helps! :)
