No Cellular on Ring Alarm Professional Service

Hi, just got a Ring Alarm System and signed up for the 30 day professional trial. However, the base station shows no cellular carrier or cellular signal. I am in “practice” mode - is this why I don’t have cellular?

Hi @pizzapizza. Would you mind sharing a screenshot of what you are seeing in the Ring app when you select your Base Station? Also, where are you located?
