iPhone Notifications "Snooze Motion" not working
Hi all, For a about a month snoozing the Motion Notifications by holding down on the notification itself on iPhone or iWatch has stopped working. You get the option to Snooze notifications for 30mins or 1 hour. I have been doing this for 2 years now, up until recently when it stopped working. I can still snooze them from the Ring app itself. This is happening on my phone and my wife's phone. Has anyone else encountered this? Thanks

Hi, I have the same problem. It was working fine about a month ago. I updated the app, but the problem is still there.

USame with me, up is up to date, stopped working about a week ago, super frustrating! I'm just having to turn motion off, but then it defeats the point of having ring..

Hi @user_bdbda0. Make sure the Ring app is fully updated to the latest version, and check if you have a Motion Schedule set for the same time. I also want to add that the Ring app is not officially supported on any smartwatches, including the Apple Watch. Try unlinking the Ring app from your Apple Watch, then testing the Motion Snooze feature on your phone to see if it works correctly.
