I'm trying to purchase the Basic Protect Plan but the website keeps sending me in a loop.

I need to purchase the basic protect plan as my previous trial plan has run out. Evrytime I click on the option to purchase the plan, I am redirected to my Ring Account page. There is understandably nobody to live chat with atm. Has anyone had this issue and how did you overcome it? TIA Emma

You should be able to follow the steps in this article/video [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360030333671-How-to-Subscribe-to-the-Ring-Protect-Plan) to sign up for the Protect Plan that you need! If you are still going through a loop, please try signing up on another browser or after clearing your cache and cookies on the same browser. Ensure you have any VPNs disabled as this can affect the website from functioning as well.
