I have a ring stick up cam. How can I view videos past 30 days old

Hi @user56758. Once videos have been deleted from the Ring app, they can no longer be recovered. There are no backups or extra copies stored in the Ring app in order to protect your privacy. Check your [Video Storage Time](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047871752-Understanding-and-Adjusting-Your-Video-Storage-Time-) and ensure it is adjusted to your preferred time frame. Then make sure you download any videos you want to keep from the Ring app.
