I’d like to suggest a car dashcam made by ring.If it could know it’s location to the house and set cameras of to record at the same time when parked at home.It would also be another product that ring could sell and be in the same contract

Hi @user52795. We have a [Car Cam](https://ring.com/products/car-cam) that was recently released. It could be what you are looking for, so I recommend looking into it. It is out of stock right now, but if you go to the product page and enter your email, you will get an email when it is back in stock.

here is my suggestion for customer service: I would love a response:we had a Ring for years, it finally died. The tech person sent me a coupon to use when reodering for 35% off. I tried to reorder and the site will not let me b/c I live in Alaska and Ring won't ship to AK. Okay I will send to family in Seattle or Mi and pick up there, but NOPE it will not let me get past the OPPS we don't ship to AK banner and removes item from my cart. I chatted NO HELP, I called and it was less help. I changed the time zone on computer to other location, still knew was in ak, tried to order on phone, they will not take orders over phone... tired to suggest instead of coupon just give me one year of service(same amount as 35% discount), and I will go buy at local Costco, but NOPE can't do that... so at every turn and after 3 hours of my life I got nothing, no ideas, no way to place an order and no willingness to work out a plan. All they said was NO NO NO... how can I not override address on order to go to different location? I can't even get to that option. I have lived in AK long enough to know not everyone can/does ship here, but EVERY other company allows me to ship to other addresses and place order, Not RING... their customer service was horrific. Can not come to a 'win win' and kept saying 'thanks for understanding' which I in turn would say NO I DO NOT understand. Unless someone finds a way to get back to me with a win win situation I will go to another company and will say bye-bye-bye to their terrible customer service. Over 3 hours of my life spent on this trying to get a resolution and NO ONE can help me, NO ONE.

Hi @user_bfa300. Is your web browser autofilling your shipping address? You could try opening an incognito window to place the order. You will need to sign into your Ring account again, but it should prevent the browser from automatically filling in your location. If the above doesn't work for some reason, add a different device that ships to Alaska to your cart, fill out your desired shipping location, then swap the items out in your cart. The shipping information should remain filled out, so you can proceed to checkout without having the item you want removed.
