Historical video after subscription began

Hi- I recently renewed my subscription to ring and I can't see any historical videos that were taken while the subscription was inactive. Unfortunately, one of those videos, taken only an hour or two before i renewed, could be relevant to identifying someone bothering our house... is there any way to access just that one video as it could have legal consequences? Thanks.

Hi @alxgould. Since your Ring Protect Plan subscription wasn't active at the time that those events occurred, you won't be able to go back and view the videos. You can only view videos that are taken when you have an active Ring Protect Plan subscription. I apologize for any confusion, but I hope this helps clear things up.
