Great connectivity, still won’t connect

My connectivity and WiFi are great. I get the RSSI-49. For the first two weeks my ring worked great. Now when I try to live view, it never wants to connect. What could be wrong? I’m getting some motion alerts, but not as many as I should either.

They can take a more in-depth look into your account to see why things may have seemed to drop since the past two weeks and isolate this further for you with troubleshooting.
