Hi @user2861. To clarify, you have two different Ring accounts and you need to gain access to one of them? There can only be one email address associated with a Ring account at a time, so you may need to log into a different Ring account if the one you're logged into has no access to your Ring devices. Do you have access to the account that first set up the Ring devices?
