Freezing of live view
Ring doorbell 4: if the microphone is activated when on live view then my view freezes. In addition, I am asked later to reconnect. Anyone know a fix for this?

I have the same issue, only with the ringdoorbell 4. I have three other ring cameras on same network that does not have this “particular” problem. Very frustrating. Recapp issue: when in live session, turn on mic. The video will not freeze unless you make a noise. Once you speak or make any sort

Hi @user_4b7fd7. Using the two-way audio on Live VIew shouldn't cause the video to freeze. Make sure your Ring app is fully updated to the latest version available, and check the permission settings in your phone. If the Live View is still freezing after the microphone is activated, please share a short screen recording showing this behavior. Additionally, let me know which version of the Ring app you're using, and if it's on iOS or Android.
