Extremely Disappointed with Ring (Edited per community guidelines)
I recently purchased the most expensive bundle from Ring, expecting exceptional service to match the premium price. However, I was shocked to find out that free installation is only offered with cheaper bundles, even though I spent a significant amount on the top-tier package. I contacted (Edited per community guidelines) hoping for a resolution, but the experience was incredibly frustrating. Instead of offering a solution or exploring other options to help me as a new customer, the supervisor immediately suggested sending me a return shipping label. There was no effort to understand my concerns or find a way to retain me as a customer. It was disappointing to be treated this way after investing in the highest-tier package. As a new customer, I expected some form of accommodation or flexibility, especially when purchasing a premium product. Unfortunately, Ring’s (Edited per community guidelines) was quick to push me toward a return without attempting to keep my business. This experience has left me feeling undervalued as a customer, and I am incredibly dissatisfied with how my issue was handled. I truly hoped for a better experience given the price I paid, but instead, I am left questioning whether Ring truly values its customers.I was charged by UPS $15.00 to ship all the products back that came in 2 separate boxes where they only sent me 1 shipping label. Let's see how long they will refund my money and reimburse my $15. After this, I won’t be recommending Ring to anyone, as I no longer feel confident in their service or products.

If additional work is required outside the scope of “What’s Included” in the service, an OnTech technician can assess the work and quote the additional cost, as applicable. While we can't offer assistance regarding OnTech's services on the Community, we can help with general questions or troubleshoot your device setup here.
