Error Message when logging in to Neighbors App on iPhone

App will not allow log in. I get a message that say “406 Not Acceptable” This used to work fine. Apple 10, latest version.

Hi @jeffcarlson01. Do you get this same error when not on WiFi? Do you have an active VPN enabled? What iOS version is installed and what Ring app version is installed?
