Eero Pro 6e gateway with Ring Eero Pro
troubleshooting

Hello,  Looking for guidance on resetting up my Ring Eero Pro with a new Eero Pro 6e gateway and Eero 6+ units in the optimum configuration. See below on the scoop where I have a... 1. Spectrum internet modem (w/1GB speeds) 2. Ring Eero Pro base station with internet backup and extra internet GB (w/900MB speeds)  3. Eero Pro 6e gateway (w/2.5GB speeds) 4. Netgear unmanaged switch (w/1GB speeds) that connects ethernet to my TVs, upstairs to an Eero 6+ device  5. (4) Eero 6+ units located throughout my house (w/1GB speeds) I desire a single SSID named "Eero_WiFi" as my wireless network which is accessible throughout the house and wish to get 300-400 MBs speeds.  I have looked at this link of https://ring.com/support/articles/z8bb5/Alternative-Alarm-Pro-eero-Wifi-Network-Configuration-Options and it's not completely clear on how to connect/wire these devices to maximize the speed.  CONFIG 1 Do I connect the Eero Pro 6e to the modem then to the Ring Eero Pro basestation, then from te basestation to my Netgear switch? Will this setup allow me to use the Ring Eero Pro internet backup?    CONFIG 2 Do I connect the Ring Eero Pro basestation to the modem, then from the basestation 2nd port connect to the Eero Pro 6e, then from the second port connect to my Netgear switch? Seems like this setup is best to allow me to use the Ring Eero Pro and the internet backup, but may impact speeds.     Are there are special configs I need to adjust in the settings of the Eero Pro 6e or the Ring Eero Pro basestation? Help and thoughts are welcomed.

Hi @user_ee37bb. Configuration 2 is what you'll have to do. To use the Ring Alarm Pro Base Station features, the Base Station/Eero will have to be your main router. I personally use a Ring Alarm Pro Base Station/Eero with a few Eero beacons, and I have great coverage (4,000sq/ft home, most of my yard) and my speed is 719 up and 48 down, just for reference.
