Delivery mess

What’s going with my order delivery- I made an order on Ring site and received completely wrong item, customer service can’t give me new “corrected” order number because it’s been escalated to shipping ..??? Very unhappy with Ring shipping and fulfillment dept and no one has answers. What was supposed to arrive in 3-4 days, is now going on 8...and counting. Vince
