Costco ring subscription help

Hi, I recently (a month ago) purchased a ring from Costco that came with a one year subscription. My free one month ring subscription expired but now I don’t know how to access the subscription from Costco. Any help or suggestions? Thanks

    Hey @Speake1986. The free 1-year trial of the Protect Plus Plan from Costco should've been added to the account once you set up the device, overriding the 30-day free trial. Since you do not see this free 1-year trial on your account, you will need to reach out to our support team for a follow up on this and get that on your account.
