change routers without administrator present

Hi, I have a property hundreds of miles away from where I'm living. I have changed my ISP there and have a new router and wireless network. I would like for my tenant at the property to update the Ring devices to the new network. Apparently, as a shared user the tenant does not have access to these settings. Is there any way I can get the Ring devices on the new router and wireless network without physically going to the property? Thank you, David
