Can’t set up subscription
I’m trying to pay for a subscription- all the fields are complete but it won’t process. Worried this is a clever way for Ring to steal credit card details. Anyone else had this trouble? No red asterisks on the screen... Also on the subscription page - (there’s 2), one doesn’t allow the annual subscription. Has anyone had their credit card details stolen after subscribing or attempting to? Very suspicious of Ring right now.

At Ring they value your security so much they will delete your videos before you may even know that you need them! I have no idea what you actually pay for, you have to download and manage all your videos yourself. Customer support is also useless unless you want to give them your card details.

Hi @RingIsAScam. No one at Ring has the ability to delete your videos that are stored via the Ring Protect Plan. Ring does give you the ability to determine how long the videos are stored in the cloud, as described in this [Help Center article](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360047871752-Understanding-and-Adjusting-Your-Video-Storage-Time-). If you have a concern with your Ring account, try creating a new post that outlines the problem you are experiencing so the Community can assist you.
