Can't change Password
Got emails saying to change password but I can't change my password. What's the trick to apply the update?

Be careful. That might not be from Ring. I'd just call them. Something seems wrong here. May by phishing for you account and password. You can check the link by hovering over where it may say click here or something like that. It should have Ring.com as the main site..

What email is that? You should be able to change your password in the app or on the website. If you are having password trouble, I suggest you call support.
