Can a ring pro base station be used as an extender?

I have a couple ring pro base stations that I am not using and would like to use them as an Eero extender if possible as they have battery built in. My understanding the cheaper Eero extenders do not have a battery

Hi @user28958. The Ring Alarm Pro Base Station is intended to be used as your Primary Router. This Help Center article [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/4405167720340-Replacing-your-eero-mesh-network-with-Ring-Alarm-Pro-) has more information. Additionally, only one Base Station can be installed per Location.
