Camera record off option

Question

Would like an option to turn the camera record off button in app to help with he battery life. I don’t need recordings on while I’m awake at home

Hi @user_7d41df. The feature you're looking for is Device Modes, which allows you to control whether your camera detects and records motion depending on which Mode you've selected. The Modes Feature requires the Ring Home Standard plan. You can learn more about each plan at https://ring.com/plans.
