The Help Ceter artcile below will have information on how to update your address. https://ring.com/support/articles/8w0sq/updating-your-address-in-the-ring-app If you need to cancel your Ring Home Plan, you can log in on Ring.com and click the plans tab. You'll receive a pro-rated refund based on the amount of time left on the plan.

I have moved house and want to cancel my subscription. I moved six months ago but I forgot to remove my ring doorbell so was charged subscription can you reimburse me as I want to get another doorbell thanks
