Hi. I’ve just bought a ring stick up camera. The picture is very good and positioned well and works live but how do I adjust the camera to pick up motion so it records.
Hi @user4433. Your Stick Up Cam will record when it detects motion, but you can control how your Camera behaves based on what Mode it's in. I'd first check the [Modes settings](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/360036107792-Control-all-your-Ring-devices-with-Modes) to make sure you have it set to detect and record motion. Additionally, you can adjust and optimize the motion detection with the [Motion Frequency](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-gb/articles/115003477106-Understanding-and-optimising-motion-detection-with-the-Motion-Frequency-setting) setting. It may take some trial and error to find the combination of settings that works for you, but I hope this information is helpful. :)
