If you're referring to your Ring device being offline, you can reconnect it to your wifi network by following the steps [here](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360034825092-How-to-Reconnect-Your-Video-Doorbell-or-Security-Camera-to-Wifi-or-Change-Your-Wifi-Network). Check that your device has a [strong signal](https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/217271526-Checking-Wifi-Signal-Strength) after reconnecting it. If you're having issues accessing your Ring account, make sure you're using the correct email address and password. Turn off any VPNs on your phone, as the Ring app is not compatible with the use of a VPN.
