30 day cloud trial
Bought a refurbished ring doorbell camera through Amazon. Installed it yesterday, try to look at live recordings but it says my cloud trial has ended. Is this because it's a refurbished camera? How do I get my 30-day Cloud trial, is that was part of what I paid for.
