1800 number is busy. Or they hang up on you

The short version , my files will not delete in History , no matter how many times we try .Rebooted the phone, rebooted the AP , tried using the online computer . Files still won't remove.Soooo we call the 1800-656-1918 number, which gives a busy signal .When it is Not busy , it will rings 6 times then hang up on you.Completely unacceptable . Oh and your online support chat is broken as well ( blank popup box ) .What did you guys break ?
