what's wrong with my event history ?????My subscription was paid for and active but when I go to look at past videos from a different month it say no events available!!! it also states when I look up how long does the video stay in storage it say XXXX...so I don't see why the coverage for the video isn't there for the days I would like to go back and look at! ive tried on my mobile app and laptop both say the same thing I have receipt of my invoice showing it was paid as well I'm sooo annoyed!!! charging monthly for something that dont work on real time!

    An active Ring Protect plan is required at the time an event occurs for it to be recorded. If you subscribe to the plan after an event occurs, it will not be available to view. Additionally, the video storage time also does not apply retroactively. When an event occurs and is recorded, it will take whatever storage time setting you have at the time. If you then change the storage time afterwards, it won't change it for previous events. With the above in mind, it's also important to remember that Ring devices record when motion is detected, Live View is activated, or the doorbell button is pressed. If none of these things happened, there would be nothing in the Event History to view. I hope this explanation helps.
