Posting videos

I have posted before of strangers at my door and they didn't have a problem with them. Today I tried to post a lady possibly homeless knocking on my door then just left. I was told it didn't meet some policy when the others I posted were the same. So why can't you post some but not all like this to inform people in the neighborhood about them ?
