I have recently changed my mobile phone keeping the number. Unfortunately the ring app was removed from the old phone and I can no longer access the doorbell camera function can you please change my account to accommodate the change of phone

      Hi @user_d513db. What is the specific issue that your encountering? As long as you have the same number, you should have no issue signing into your Ring app.
